1. DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR OBTAINING AMMONIUM MOLYBDENUM ACID FROM LOCAL MOLYBDENUM INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT
A technology for the processing of the effective extraction of molybdenum from cinders of molybdenum middlings by using new methods (acid decomposition and sintering with soda) has been developed, which provides a significant increase in the extraction of molybdenum into ammonium molybdenum with the issuance of consumption rates for raw materials and materials and a decrease in the concentration of molybdenum in waste cakes to 3% and less.
According to the existing technology, the loss of Mo with waste cakes is 8%, and according to the technology being developed, the loss of Mo will be 3% or less, i.e. the increase in the extraction of molybdenum in usable products will be 5%. The annual processing of OPM at UzKTJM JSC is currently 800 tons, which contains 32% Mo or 256 tons of Mo. An increase in Mo extraction by 5% forms an additional 12800 kg of molybdenum.

Use of developed polymer materials in parts of cotton machines reduced the waste of cotton fiber to 90%, power consumption by 5-8%, mechanical damage to fibers by 0.12-0.28%, seed fragmentation by 0.16-0.32%, increased the wear resistance of composite polymer parts in 1,5-2 times, the productivity of the machines is 7-14%, the absence of the formation of fiber windings on the surface of the parts excluded the possibility of burning raw cotton. The economic effect of their introduction only in one Buka cotton ginning plant amounted to 125 million soums per year;
The developed composite polymer sorbents for purification and extraction of noble and non-ferrous metals from industrial enterprises wastewater are 2-3 times more effective than existing sorbents. Due to the ease of regeneration, their operation increases up to 90 days against 30 used sorbents at present. The economic effect of the use of the developed sorbents in the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine is more than 1 billion soums annually.
Thisnewdeveloped composite material is used for stabilizing drilling fluids used in drilling oil and gas wells. It was implemented at the well No. 50 of the Surgil Plateau-Ustyurt area of the Exploration Drilling Department of JSC "Uzgeoburneftegaz". When drilling one well due to the replacement of expensive chemicals in the amount of 50 tons, the economic effect amounted to more than 100 million soums;
The lightweight polymer reagent KHR-1 was introduced in accordance with the innovative project "Composite Chemical Reagents for Treatment and Stabilization of Drilling Fluids" at well No. 130 of the Yuzhnaya Kemachi field of Bukhoroneftegazparmalash OJSC, with the economic effect per wellwhen using 10 tons more than 60 million soums.
Modified composite glue (MCG) is intended for the production of heat-insulating materials based on basalt fiber in JSC "Uzmetkombinat", as well as in other industries of the republic. In the republic, phenol-formaldehyde glue is produced, which significantly differs in its characteristics from the modified carbamide-formaldehyde composite glue (MCG) with thermophysical properties developed by us.
A technology for the production of composite chemical preparations "CPM-Darmon" with a wide spectrum of actionhas been developed, which protects plants from diseases and has biostimulating properties. The preparations are suitable for processing seeds in the factory and in the field with a sufficiently long shelf life, obtained by utilizing production waste. The use of composite chemicals will reduce the import of seed disinfectants for cotton, wheat and other crops to 100%. The advantage of the proposed technology for producing the composite material "CPM-Darmon" is its low price - 18 thousand soums per 1 ton due to the use of fat and oil production wastes.
The expected economic effect from the use of 100 tons of the developed preparation for pre-sowing treatment of agricultural seeds by replacing expensive preparations will amount to about 12 billion soums.
Composite powder dyes are developed on the basis of polyvalent metals. The dyeing time using traditional technology with synthetic dyes is on average 3 hours, and with the dyes developed by us, it is 2-3 minutes. The results of the work have been implemented in Urgenchbakhmal LLC with an economic effect of more than 100 million soums per year.
A sealing composite mastic with high physical, mechanical and operational properties was developed using waste from food and chemical industries, has heat and frost resistance ranging from minus 300C to plus 1300C.
The mastic was introduced on the M-39 main road, "Almaty - Bishkek - Tashkent - Samarkand - Termez - Dushanbe" and on the M-112 ring road "Fargonakhalkasi". The economic effect from the introduction of these composite materials amounted to more than ten billion soums per year.
And one of the significant achievements of our organization is a waste-free energy and resource-saving environmentally friendly technology for producing copper by a pyrometallurgical method using multiphase composite materials from non-ferrous metallurgy waste, developed for the first time in world practice. The introduction of this technology at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (AMMP) makes it possible to annually obtain an additional 1,480 tons of copper, 82 kg of gold and 4028 kg of silver, which amounted to more than 21 million US dollars per year. This innovative technology is currently successfully used at the AMMP copper smelter. An implementation act is attached to this development.
In addition to economic efficiency, this technology provides for the elimination of the emission of harmful gases into the atmosphere of about 3.2 million m3 of carbon dioxide per year, since there is no need to burn natural gas to obtain precious metals from clinker. At the same time, the ecological situation in the region is significantly improved.
12. NANOSORBENTS
Nanosorbents based on the synthesis of polymer-silica nanocomposite materials using a sol-gel process have been created.
