From October 19 to 26, 2025, representatives of the State Institution “Fan va Tarakkiyot”, Academician Negmatov S.S. and Professor Abed N.S., took part in the 23rd China International Talent Exchange Forum, held in Shanghai under the auspices of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China.

The International Talent Exchange Forum in China serves as a national and global platform for the exchange of knowledge and professional networking.

In 2025, the event brought together more than 3,500 foreign experts from 30 countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Germany, Kazakhstan, Japan, and Australia, along with representatives from about 500 Chinese universities, research institutes, and enterprises. The total number of participants exceeded 6,500 people.

The forum featured plenary sessions, thematic discussions, and expert panels devoted to international cooperation in science, technology, and education. Participants exchanged experiences, discussed prospects for innovation, and established direct links with leading scientific and educational institutions in China.

As part of the forum, the delegation also participated in the Conference on Cooperation between China and the Central Asian Countries, which took place in Sanya. During this event, several Memoranda of Understanding and scientific cooperation agreements were signed. In particular, the State Institution “Fan va Tarakkiyot” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the College of Nuclear Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University, laying the groundwork for future joint scientific and educational projects and academic exchange.

Participation in the forum and conference provided a valuable opportunity to learn about cutting-edge research, innovative technologies, and to strengthen international ties with universities and research centers in China and beyond.
